Troy Smith

Troy Smith is an operations lead at Peraton with extensive experience in IT and military service spanning over two decades. Smith managed and supervised personnel in meteorological operations, becoming an IT expert in equipment setup and procedural development. Smith earned a Bachelor's in Computer and Information Science and a Master’s in Information Technology from the University of Maryland University College. Currently overseeing incident management, Smith utilizes skills in troubleshooting, trend analysis, and collaboration to support global military operations. Smith's previous roles include positions as the ITSM Incident Manager and Operations Manager, where significant achievements in training and technology integration were accomplished.
