Amanda Klamrowski, PHR

Amanda Klamrowski, PHR, has extensive experience in Human Resources. Amanda began their career in 2013 as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Cielo Talent, where they worked with recruiters to ensure candidates had a positive interviewing experience. Amanda was later promoted to Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator and was responsible for conducting background screens, weekly and monthly reporting, and monitoring OFCCP and EEO compliance. In 2016, they joined Montage | Interviewing Technology as a Human Resources Generalist and Recruiter, where they provided expert human resource services and helped streamline the company's recruiting efforts. In 2019, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at AkitaBox and as an HR Business Partner at Fine Point Consulting, LLC. Most recently, in 2020, they were the Head of People & Culture at Concero, where they specialized in recruiting sales talent for high-growth, private and publicly listed technology companies.

Amanda Klamrowski, PHR obtained their Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2012. Amanda then obtained their PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in November 2017.
