Frank Newsom

Frank Newsom is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in operations and project management. Since January 2013, Frank has served as the Vice President of Operations at EXP Engineering International. Prior to this role, Frank was the Owner of Dark Horse Engineering Consultants from May 2011 to January 2013 and held the position of Project Manager at Pegasus International from 1996 to 2011. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering, obtained from the University of Houston between 1971 and 1982.
