Naa Yirenkyi

Naa Yirenkyi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Naa's most recent position is as Chief Culture Officer at Percapita, starting in December 2022. Prior to that, Naa co-founded 45 Lemons in September 2020. Naa also held a role as Executive Consultant - Human Resources at NBY HR from March 2019 to December 2022.

Earlier in Naa's career, they worked at Quest Diagnostics, where they held various positions including Operations Manager from March 2017 to March 2019, Relationship Manager from January 2009 to March 2017, and Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner from January 2012 to June 2015.

Naa also worked as an Area Director at Young Life from January 2010 to September 2013, and as an HR Manager at GSK from July 1999 to April 2004.

Naa Yirenkyi attended James Madison University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature.
