Germana Erica D'Amore Zanon

Germana Erica D'Amore Zanon has extensive experience in human resources and retail management, currently serving as HR Retail Manager and Senior HR Business Partner at PERCASSI since 2009. Previous roles at PERCASSI include Project Development Manager & EA to the CEO, Office Manager, Area Manager for KIKO, and Retail & Operation Trainer. Prior to PERCASSI, Germana held various management positions at Decathlon Italia from 2000 to 2009, including Store Director and responsibilities in fitness clothing, aquatic sports, and mountain sports. Germana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Organization Training from Università degli Studi di Padova, completed in 2004.
