Aylin O. has a diverse work experience that spans different industries and roles. Aylin currently holds the position of VP Social Impact at Percent since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at U.S. Digital Response from December 2020 to August 2022 as part of the Legal and Development team, providing legal advice and guidance. At Stripe, Aylin served as the Head of Community Engagement from May 2019 to December 2020, where they developed and implemented social impact initiatives. Aylin also worked as the Commercial & Product Counsel, supporting the launch of Stripe Atlas, and as the Equate ERG Lead. Additionally, Aylin co-founded VINKIND, a wine gifting and delivery service, serving as President & Co-Founder from February 2015 to February 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Corporate Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Jones Day, providing legal counsel to clean tech companies, social entrepreneurs, and technology companies. Aylin started their career as a Summer Associate at Bener Law Office.

Aylin O. holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Women's Studies from UCLA. Aylin then pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law. Aylin O. has also obtained certifications such as Certified Sommelier - Level 2 from The Court of Master Sommeliers and Wine & Spirit Education Trust - Level 1 from WSET — Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
