Sinisa Zainko is currently working as the NP Data and Quality Control Lead at Percent since January 2023. Prior to this, Sinisa worked as a Validation and vetting agent at Zevas Communications and as a Technical Support Specialist at Voxpro. Sinisa has a High Certification in Software Development from Cork Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science from Munster Technological University. With a background in customer service, data analysis, and technical support, Sinisa has experience in managing customer accounts, troubleshooting technical issues, and validating nonprofit organizations.
