Giovanni Diniz has a diverse work experience in various companies. Giovanni started their career in 2017 as a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Dito CRM. In 2018, they joined Banco Inter as a Customer Experience representative, where they provided direct customer support through phone calls, addressing inquiries and issues related to personal and business banking, investments, and credit cards.
