Paola Rios

Paola Rios is the Vice President of Syndication & Underwriting at Percent, where Paola leads the Investor Relations & Syndication Team. Paola oversees daily deal marketing and communication, manages portfolios for various investors, and supports the underwriting team. Prior to their current role, Paola worked as an Associate Solutions Analyst at Eze Software and gained experience as a Finance Intern at The Community Preservation Corporation. Paola also has experience as a Summer Analyst at Plough Penny Partners and as a Group Leader at Graham Windham. Paola tutored Math at Bowdoin College and Cate School, and served as a Junior Analyst at S&P Global Market Intelligence. Paola holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Environmental Studies from Bowdoin College.
