Brad Landa has over 15 years of experience in customer loyalty and contact center management. Currently serving as the Organizational Excellence Senior Manager at Percepta since October 2017, Brad oversees an inbound @home contact team that provides troubleshooting support and customer service through chat and email interactions. Previously, Brad held the position of SBU Manager I at Xerox Services from June 2004 to April 2017, managing a contact center that similarly handled inbound communications for clients. Brad earned a degree from The University of Memphis between 1994 and 1997.
