Gillian Pickard

Gillian Pickard is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of People Innovation (PI) for EMEA and APAC at Percepta, where they lead the planning and delivery of HR strategy focused on employee development and engagement. With a rich background in human resources, Gillian held various roles including Senior Manager Regional Head of Advisory at ResMed and HR Manager at SLB, among others. They are a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Certified Professional, passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences. Gillian earned an MA in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from The Robert Gordon University.
