Kevin Lind has worked in various engineering and research roles since 2007. Kevin was a Team Member at FIRST Robotics Team 1884 (The Griffins) from 2007. In 2013, they were a Research Intern at Bristol Robotics Lab, where they installed and integrated a Kuka KR5 sixx arm in the flight arena, and wrote a control system to autonomously capture a landing RC helicopter. In 2014, they were a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Bristol Braille Technology, where they were involved in the development of a low cost multi line braille display, including design and fabrication of components, as well as testing and modifying the mechanism. Kevin was also a Product Design Engineer at Open Bionics Ltd. in 2014. Since 2015, they have been a Co-Founder and Hardware Engineer at Perceptual Robotics.
Kevin Lind attended the American School in London from 2007 to 2010. Kevin then went on to pursue a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Bristol from 2011 to 2015.
