Stephanie Schloemer, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Workforce Transformation Consultant at Perceptyx, where responsibilities include facilitating leadership workshops, advising on employee experience trends, and providing thought leadership through various publications. Prior to this role, Stephanie was a Senior Consultant in Healthcare, focusing on data-driven insights to enhance the employee experience within major health systems. Previously, as a Senior Workforce Insights Analyst at Bon Secours Mercy Health, expertise was applied to survey design and data analysis to improve associate and patient experiences. Stephanie holds a PhD in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Louisiana State University, a MA in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Cincinnati, and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from The Ohio State University.
