Tim Brown has extensive experience in account management and sales within the employee engagement and organizational analytics sectors. Currently serving as RVP Account Management at Perceptyx since February 2020, Tim has held multiple roles including Director of Account Management and Customer Sales Executive, focusing on real-time analytics and flexible reporting tools to enhance employee engagement and organizational performance. Prior experiences include Account Director at Peakon, where Tim facilitated data-driven decision-making for employee engagement, and various leadership positions at IBM and Kenexa, managing partner relationships and driving talent management solutions across North America, the UK, and Asia Pacific. Tim began professional development in recruitment and consulting roles, establishing a strong foundation in business development and operational management. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Retail Marketing from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
