Perch Consults Limited is a specialist hospitality consulting firm based in Lagos, Nigeria. We partner with hotels, restaurants, and hospitality businesses to solve two of their most persistent challenges: finding the right people, and building the internal structures to retain them.

We don't do generic staffing. We understand the hospitality sector (its pace, its culture, its standards) and we bring that understanding to every engagement. Whether you need a senior hire, a team upskilled, or your operations tightened, Perch Consults is the partner that knows your world.
