Dillon Barker

Dillon Barker is an accomplished professional with a robust background in operations and data analytics. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Operations Data & Analytics at Perch Energy since July 2025, Dillon previously held positions as a Senior Analyst and Operations Associate at Arcadia from June 2023 to June 2025, as well as roles in client relations and account management. Earlier experience includes an Account Executive position at Betterment, an Account Manager role at Kisi, and an Associate Banker position with Chase. Dillon began a professional career as a Financial Advising Intern at Edward Jones and also served as Treasurer for the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. Dillon completed a degree at the University of Washington, graduating in 2019.
