Lynda Freshman

Lynda Freshman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and corporate governance. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Perch Energy since November 2021, Lynda previously held multiple roles at BlueWave from August 2017 to November 2021, including General Counsel and Compliance Officer. Prior to that, Lynda worked at the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office from October 2012 to August 2017 as an Assistant Attorney General and Legal Analyst/Mediator. Lynda holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, an M.A. from Stanford University, and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
