Currently serving as Managing Partner at Perch Partners, a firm dedicated to advising customer-first companies, Adam also founded and leads Skoben Ventures, focusing on brand development and strategic positioning for early-stage startups. Past roles include Senior Vice President of Marketing at Eddie Bauer and American Eagle Outfitters, and Chief of Member Experience at Lockerz, Inc. Adam’s career includes significant positions at United Entertainment Group and Tiffany & Co., along with a solid educational foundation from the University of Rochester, where a BA in History was earned.
