Jani Strand

Jani Strand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, communications, and business consulting. Currently serving as General Partner at Perch Partners since August 2019, Jani provides high-level consulting services to notable firms such as Boom Supersonic and Ursa Major. Prior roles include Chief Marketing Officer at RealSelf, where Jani restructured the marketing organization and partnered with the CEO to develop a new business strategy. As Senior Vice President at Redfin, Jani oversaw external communications and brand marketing. Previous positions also include VP of Corporate Communications at American Eagle Outfitters, Director of Global Consumer Public Relations at Amazon, and Vice President at MWW Group, managing strategic accounts for major brands. Jani's career began at Hill & Knowlton as a Senior Account Executive and as Development Coordinator at the Honolulu Academy of Arts. Jani holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Business from Lewis & Clark College.
