Priya Saraswati is a seasoned professional in business development and investment banking with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development at Percheron Capital since February 2022, Priya previously held the position of Director of Business Development at Vista Equity Partners from August 2019 to February 2022. Prior to that role, Priya worked at KeyBanc Capital Markets in business development for software investment banking and began their career in investment banking at Roche Securities Limited and CIBC World Markets. In addition to investment banking, Priya has experience in marketing and brand management, having served as Senior Marketing & Brand Manager at IGIGI, Inc. and as Founder and Creative Director at Saffron Rare Threads. Priya holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, majoring in Japan Studies and minoring in Finance, and has also studied at Sophia University.
