Arlene Kaplan

Arlene Kaplan is an experienced Relocation Manager at Percheron Field Services, LLC, since August 2012, where responsibilities include providing oversight and project management for relocation efforts, in-house training for DOTs, and developing Relocation Guidelines in compliance with the URA. Prior to this role, Arlene Kaplan served as a Program Manager with US Right of Way, contracted to the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County, Texas, from October 2007 to July 2012, focusing on QA/QC relocation oversight for rail corridors and preparing Relocation Plans for submission to the FTA.
