Mark McConnell

Mark McConnell has extensive experience in right-of-way management, beginning as a Right-of-Way Agent at WRC Corp. from July 2001 to January 2004 and advancing through various roles, including Issue Resolution Coordinator. Subsequently, Mark held positions at ENGlobal as Right-of-Way Supervisor and Senior ROW Agent from January 2004 to March 2012. Mark's career continued at Tablerock Land Services, where roles included ROW Project Manager and Right of Way Coordinator between March 2012 and January 2013. Since January 2013, Mark has served as ROW Project Manager and ROW Supervisor at Percheron, LLC. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Montana State University-Bozeman, earned from 1987 to 1992.
