Rachel White is a highly skilled dietitian with extensive experience in clinical and sports nutrition. Since November 2021, Rachel has been working as a freelance dietitian at Rachel White Nutrition, specializing in performance nutrition to support athletes and provide dietary advice for medical conditions. Additionally, Rachel serves as a performance nutritionist at the University of the West of England, primarily focusing on squash and American football teams. As Team Lead Dietitian at Nutritank CIC, Rachel contributes to enhancing nutrition education within medical training. Rachel also supports oncology patients at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust while volunteering with Ovacome and previously working with various NHS institutions.
