Today this is a manual, expensive and inconsistent process and has been for decades. Not anymore!

PerCina Report’s Digital Investment Memorandum Solution is an easy-to-use, subscription-based tool that helps credit professionals, lenders and financial brokers more efficiently and more comprehensively complete a structured credit memorandum up to 30% faster, digitally. PerCina Report’s unique, cloud-based and secure interface creates a credit underwriting “ecosystem” where analysts can more quickly and more thoroughly complete a world class underwrite and digital investment memorandum. The tool helps you collect customer data faster, synthesize all risk criteria, organizes your report professionally, connect you to third party information sources, and quickly generates a complete digital memo that is market-ready and can be easily shared internally or externally.

PerCina Report also provides expert underwriting guidance on what questions should be addressed on certain deals, how to identify and mitigate risks, and even how to analyze the asset being financed. Creating better credit memos faster, more accurately and thoroughly, enables analysts to work on more deals, driving greater efficiencies.
