Shreya Ubhayakar

Shreya Ubhayakar has a diverse work history spanning different industries and roles. Shreya began their career at the Grand Hyatt as a trainee, where they obtained training in various finance-related areas. Shreya then worked as an Associate, assisting the Finance Director in managing the finance department's workflow and handling communication with vendors and employees.

After their time at the Grand Hyatt, Shreya joined Dell as a Senior Associate, providing support to the Dell Imaging Sales Segment. Shreya was responsible for addressing sales queries from different countries, educating customers about product quality, and effectively resolving escalations to ensure customer satisfaction.

In 2006, Shreya started working at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an HR Team Lead. In this role, they managed a team of HR associates, ensuring efficient completion of service escalations through the use of HRIS technology. Shreya Ubhayakar completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations at SDM College, Karnatak University from 1997 to 2001. Shreya then went on to earn a Master's degree in Cyber Security Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus between 2017 and 2019.
