Jim Roy's work experience begins in 1993 when they worked as a General Manager at Masterson Personnel, where they managed the operation of three branch locations and oversaw key account development and a staff of over 30. Jim then moved on to QPS Employment Group in 2004, where they served as a Senior Regional Vice President, responsible for customer development and team leadership in multiple QPS Midwest markets. During their time at QPS, they successfully grew the business each year through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth. In 2018, Jim became the Vice President of Business Development at QPS, focusing on the company's M&A strategy and national account development. Jim worked closely with business owners to determine succession management strategies and built a broker network to uncover new opportunities. In 2021, they transitioned to Percipio Partners as the Vice President of HR Strategy, leading a consulting practice focused on staffing and workforce development. Jim partnered with organizations to develop recruitment, retention, and turnover reduction strategies, worked with staffing firms to drive revenue growth, and actively participated in mergers and acquisitions. Currently, Jim is the Vice President of HR Strategy at Percipio Workforce Solutions, which specializes in workforce advisory services and direct hire services.
Jim Roy attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Public Relations. Jim later pursued further education at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 1998 to 1999, acquiring certification in Staffing.
