Jessica Townsend

Jessica is dedicated to providing organizations with the resources they need to maximize their impact. Jessica is a veteran nonprofit Salesforce admin and, before joining the Percolator team, she spent five years serving nonprofit organizations through grantmaking and financial management consulting. In addition to her own experience as a Salesforce admin, assisting organizations with grant compliance and analyzing their financial information has given Jessica a keen understanding of the role good data management plays in ensuring organizations achieve their missions.

Jessica enjoys hearing from organizations about their needs and coming alongside them as a partner to determine the best path forward. Working to address each organization’s unique challenges and goals has been one of the most exciting parts of her work. Jessica brings all her experience and skills to the role of Client Success Manager.
