Ann Schlemmer

Ann Schlemmer has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ann currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Percona since October 2022. Prior to this role, they were the President of the company from January 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining Percona, Ann held various roles within the company, including General Manager from June 2018 to January 2021, VP of Customer Success from May 2017 to May 2018, Sr Director of Customer Success from November 2015 to April 2017, Senior Director of Consulting from February 2015 to October 2015, Director of Consulting Operations from April 2014 to February 2015, and Consulting Practice Manager from April 2013 to April 2014.

Prior to their time at Percona, Ann worked at Oracle as a Senior Consulting Coordinator from February 2010 to March 2013. Before that, they worked at Sun Microsystems as a Professional Services Coordinator from June 2008 to January 2010.

Ann's earlier work experience includes a role at Key Bank as VP Corporate Foreign Exchange from 1996 to 2000.

Ann Schlemmer obtained their MBA in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, starting in 1992 and completing in 1996. Prior to that, they earned their BS in Finance from Miami University, starting in 1986 and finishing in 1990. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Speaker for the Open Source Summit North America 2023 from The Linux Foundation in May 2023.
