Michał Nosek

Michał Nosek has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and software industry. Michał started their career as a Web Developer at M-City Interactive Agency in 2008 and worked there until 2012. After that, they joined Velis Real Estate Tech as a Software Engineer from 2012 to 2013 and later transitioned to the role of Solution Engineer and Business Analyst from 2014 to 2016.

In 2016, Michał joined Starcounter as a Software Engineering Consultant and then progressed to the role of Technical Sales Engineer and Project Leader from 2017 to 2019. During their time at Starcounter, they were responsible for pre-sales activities and leading customer projects across multiple regions.

Currently, Michał is working at Percona as a Senior Pre-Sales Enterprise Architect. Michał started in 2019 and has held multiple positions, including Senior Pre-Sales Solution Engineer for EMEA & APAC from 2019 to 2021, Pre-Sales Enterprise Architect from 2021 to 2023, and currently serving as a Senior Pre-Sales Enterprise Architect starting from 2023.

Throughout their career, Michał has gained valuable expertise in pre-sales, solution engineering, business analysis, and software development.

Michał Nosek attended Adam Mickiewicz 3rd High School in Tarnow from 2007 to 2010, where they focused on Mathematics and Computer Science. After high school, they enrolled at AGH University of Krakow from 2010 to 2012, primarily studying Electronics and Telecommunication. Michał then transferred to Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kościuszki, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from 2012 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Michał Nosek obtained several certifications to enhance their professional development. In 2019, they received the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In 2020, they attained The Open Group Certified: TOGAF® 9 Certified certification from The Open Group. Most recently, in 2021, they acquired the CKAD: Certified Kubernetes Application Developer certification from The Linux Foundation.
