Ben Gifford

Ben Gifford currently serves as the Director of Managed Assigned Counsel for Potter County since August 2024. Prior to this position, Ben Gifford was the Owner of The Law Office of Benjamin P. Gifford, PLLC from January 2022 to August 2024, and served as an Assistant United States Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice from January 2019 to December 2021. Ben Gifford worked as the Director of Development at Pepperdine Caruso Law from January 2017 to January 2019, and previously served as a Military Officer in the United States Marine Corps from June 2000 to August 2008, leading infantry Marines during three combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. Ben Gifford holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Pepperdine Caruso Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley.
