Brandon Halim is a Sensory Scientist currently working at McCain Foods since May 2023 and at Perdue Farms since May 2021, where responsibilities include designing sensory methodologies for product optimization and innovation, analyzing test data, and collaborating with business teams. Between August 2016 and May 2021, Brandon served as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Florida, conducting research on volatiles and overseeing daily operations of a taste panel. Prior to this, Brandon worked as a Sensory Technician and a Sales Associate at 7-Eleven from June 2014 to August 2015. Brandon holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, as well as a minor in Management and Sales in Agribusiness, all obtained from the University of Florida.
