Cliff McDerment

Cliff McDerment is an experienced operations and supply chain leader with a strong background in overseeing large-scale manufacturing and logistics operations. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Perdue Farms in Bridgewater, Virginia, since February 2023, McDerment previously held key roles at Tropicana Brands Group as North American Supply Chain Lead, and at PepsiCo, where responsibilities included Supply Chain Senior Plant Director and various roles in logistics and engineering. McDerment’s career includes significant accomplishments in managing complex operations, delivering OPEX and CAPEX budgets, and implementing operational transformations. With a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Tulane University, McDerment has a proven track record of driving efficiency and leading cross-functional teams in high-demand environments.
