Clinton Rowe is an experienced R&D professional with a demonstrated history in product development within the food industry. Currently serving as R&D Director at Perdue Farms since January 2015, Clinton has held various roles focusing on innovation, cost savings, and process improvements. Previously, at ConAgra Foods from February 2011 to January 2015, Clinton was a Senior Food Scientist and lead product developer for the Slim Jim and Penrose brands, successfully launching multiple product lines. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Meat Science from Auburn University, an M.S. in Meat Science from the University of Arkansas, and a B.S. in Animal Science from Oklahoma Panhandle State University.
