Floyd Clutter

Floyd Clutter is the Assistant General Counsel and Vice President of Labor & Compliance at Perdue Farms since October 2025. Prior to this role, Floyd Clutter accumulated extensive experience at ATI from August 2010 to October 2025, serving in various capacities including Assistant General Counsel for Employment and Labor, Director and Senior Counsel for Labor and Employment, and Employment and Labor Counsel. Earlier professional experience includes serving as Director and Partner at Cohen & Grigsby, P.C., and as an Associate Attorney at Reed Smith LLP. Floyd Clutter holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Minnesota, a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Washington & Jefferson College.
