Harry Tillman has extensive work experience in the food industry. Harry started their career at The Pepsi Bottling Group in 1984, where they held the role of Market Development Key Acct for over a decade. Harry then joined Conagra Foods in 1997, where they served as Director of Customer Marketing for the Publix Team and Director of Business for the Publix and Food Lion Team. Tillman then worked at Smithfield Foods, where they held various positions including Vice President of Business Management and Marketing, General Manager of Smithfield Deli Group, and Senior Director of Sales. In 2016, Tillman joined Frick's Quality Meats as Vice President of Business Development, where they successfully developed key account relationships and implemented a new deli strategy. Harry then moved to Allen Harim Foods in 2017 as Executive Director of Sales and Marketing, where they focused on top-line growth and securing major contracts. Tillman currently holds the position of Vice President of Revenue Growth Management at Perdue Farms, starting in 2018.

Arthur W. Perdue founded Perdue Farms in 1920 but the company gained national attention as a brand name in the 1970s when son and successor, Franklin P. Perdue, became television pitchman for the company. Today, Jim Perdue, grandson of the founder, is the chief executive and the face of Perdue on television. The company sells chicken and turkey products to food retailers and food service companies in the Eastern and Midwestern U.S. and exports poultry products to more than 70 foreign countries around the world. Perdue runs two soybean-processing plants that produce vegetable oils and ingredients for animal feed.
