Jill Griffith is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in program management and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Senior Director of HR Program Management at Perdue Farms since February 2024, Jill previously held various leadership roles at McCormick from 2013 to 2023, including Senior Director of Global Employee Engagement and Director of Global Employee Communications & HR Projects. Prior to that, Jill was with Citi from 2003 to 2012 as Vice President of Learning and Development and Change Management, among other positions. Jill began a career in training and change management consulting across various companies from 1993 to 2003. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dartmouth College and coursework focused on Organizational Development at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
