Kate Shaw

Kate Shaw is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications and media relations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Corporate Communications at Perdue Farms since February 2024, Shaw previously held several key positions at Nestlé from June 2018 to January 2024, including Director, Head of Internal Communications and Senior Lead, Internal Communication. Prior roles also include significant contributions at Edelman, JPA Health Communications, Porter Novelli, the National Confectioners Association, and NBC, where Shaw began as an Associate Producer. An alumnus of the University of Maryland, Shaw holds a B.A. in Journalism, History, and Public Policy.
