Robert Troast

Robert Troast is an experienced leader in sales and broker management, currently serving as the Director of Broker Management at Perdue Farms since September 2025. Prior to this role, Robert spent 25 years at The Hershey Company, where significant accomplishments included serving as the Director for the US Convenience South Area, coaching and developing a team of Customer Sales Executives, and achieving substantial gross sales growth. Notable achievements include exceeding sales targets in various roles, leading teams to deliver multi-year sales gains, and driving operational efficiencies. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Marketing from Cornell University and an Associate of Applied Science in Agricultural Engineering from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill.
