Wesley Carson

Wesley Carson is a seasoned professional in the poultry industry with extensive experience in operational management and performance improvement. Currently serving as Senior Plant Manager at Perdue Farms since September 2022, Wesley previously held multiple leadership roles at Pilgrim's from April 2017 to August 2022, including Complex Manager and Head of Operational Excellence. Prior to that, Wesley worked at Caterpillar Inc. as a Product Performance Engineer and Product Service Analyst from March 2011 to April 2017. Early career experience includes serving as a Senior Quality Supervisor at Wayne Farms and a Field Service Technician at Keystone Foods. Wesley holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science in Poultry Science from Auburn University.
