Jaynese Waddell

Jaynese Waddell is a seasoned professional with a strong background in community service and relationship management. Currently serving as a Relationship Manager at Peregrin since September 2022, Jaynese previously held multiple roles at the United Way of the Ocoee Region from May 2012 to September 2022, including Director of Community Impact and Director of Volunteer Services, managing programs like the online Volunteer Center and the AmeriCorps VISTA Project. Jaynese’s experience also includes working as a Mental Health Tech at Parkridge Valley Behavioral Health Facility and as a Cashier at The Dollywood Company. Jaynese holds a Master of Science in Holistic Child Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from Lee University.
