Chris Noonan

Chris Noonan, CPL, ALC, MSc, currently serves as the Senior Director of Real Estate at Peregrine Energy Solutions, LLC, focusing on utility-scale energy storage. As the Founder of Last Dollar Land Company, Chris Noonan provides independent landman services across the western United States, specializing in surface and mineral leasing, easement negotiation, and renewable energy asset development. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Land at Redeux Energy, Vice President of Real Estate Services at RealX Ventures, and various positions at Crescent Point Energy and Castleton Commodities International. Chris Noonan holds a Master of Science in Global Energy Management from the University of Colorado and several additional certifications related to energy and land management.
