Clinton Ray

Clinton Ray is a Partner in Perella Weinberg Partners’ Advisory business. He focuses on advising clients in capital structure advisory, restructuring, liability management, distressed M&A and private capital solutions.

Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in June of 2019, Mr. Ray was at Goldman Sachs from 2016 to 2019, where he served as a Managing Director and led the bank’s EMEA restructuring franchise. Prior to that, Mr. Ray was at Morgan Stanley from 2007 to 2016, where he served as a Managing Director on the restructuring team. Prior to that, Mr. Ray was at JP Morgan from 2004 to 2007, where he served as a Vice President. Mr. Ray began his career at Clifford Chance LLP.

Mr. Ray earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
