Fernando Barnuevo Sebastian de Erice is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in finance, real estate, and higher education. As the Founder and Managing Partner of BIG BLUE CAPITAL HOLDING since 2011, Fernando has overseen over 3 million square feet of real estate developments across various asset classes. Additional roles include Senior Advisor at Perella Weinberg, Board Member on the Board of Trustees at IE New York College, and several key positions at IE University, including Chairman of the IE US Fund and President of Global IE Alumni. With a background as a Senior Partner at Kleinwort Benson and Managing Director at J.P. Morgan, Fernando has a strong foundation in investment banking. Fernando holds an MBA from IE Business School and an LLB from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
