Matthew Blair

Matthew Blair, CFA, serves as a Managing Director of Refining and Chemicals Research in the firm’s Denver office. Blair previously worked as an equity research analyst covering Refiners and Natural Gas Vehicles with Macquarie Capital. Blair also served as an energy summer analyst with Passport Capital, LLC, and as a summer credit analyst focused on E&P with Franklin Templeton Investments. Prior to attending business school, Blair worked for Quellos Capital Management, LP (now BlackRock Alternative Advisors). Blair holds a BA in International Political Economy from the University of Puget Sound, and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley – Walter A. Haas School of Business.
