Lee Baird

Lee Baird is an experienced professional in business development and military operations, currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Universal Solutions International Inc. and as Chief Executive Officer of Lee Baird LLC, both starting in February and March 2024, respectively. Baird also holds the position of Business Development Manager at Perellion. Previously, Baird led the Operational Energy Prototype Fund at the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and worked as a Senior Business Development Representative at Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems. With a career beginning as an Officer in the US Navy, Baird has held significant roles including Assistant Program Manager for the Aegis Ashore Missile Defense Test Complex and Director of Business Development at Peraton. Baird's education includes a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an M.S. in Applied Physics from the Naval Postgraduate School.
