Oli R. has extensive experience in balance sheet management, capital planning, and financial risk assessment. Currently, they are working at Perenna as the Head of Balance Sheet Management & Capital Planning. During their tenure at Virgin Money, Oli held various roles, including Head of Market & Liquidity Risk and Deputy Head Market & Liquidity Risk. In these positions, they were responsible for overseeing the company's financial risk framework, advising on strategies, and managing regulatory stresses related to balance sheet risks.

Before joining Virgin Money, Oli worked at the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) as the Head of ALM & Lending. In this role, they managed a team and was responsible for structuring and implementing loan facilities to Eurozone countries, as well as mitigating balance sheet risks.

Earlier in their career, Oli held multiple positions at Dexia, including Head of Balance Sheet Management, Senior ALM officer, Senior strategist attached to the Head of Capital Markets, Internal audit specialized in financial markets, and Head of interest rate derivatives. These roles involved managing funding plans, liquidity, interest rate and foreign exchange risks, as well as overseeing treasury activities and conducting audits.

Oli's career began at Banque indosuez, where they served as the Head of Treasury and managed cash, securities, and a proprietary trading desk.

Throughout their career, Oli has demonstrated expertise in risk management, treasury operations, and financial analysis, making him a valuable asset in the field of finance.

Oli R. completed a Master's degree in Actuarial Sciences from Université libre de Bruxelles, where they studied from 1988 to 1990. Prior to that, from 1984 to 1989, they completed a Master's degree in Master of Business Engineering, with a specialization in Finance, from Solvay Brussels Schools of Economics & Management.
