Candice Brown is currently the Operations Director at Perennial Properties, where Candice previously held roles as the Executive Assistant to the Director of Property Management and Assistant Community Manager at The Brady. Prior to this, Candice was the Senior Property Manager at TruHaven Homes, Inc., where Candice managed a portfolio of over 80 single-family homes. Candice has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Kennesaw State University and is a licensed Real Estate Agent from Georgia MLS Training Institute. Candice also attended Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine.
