Joe Little

Joe Little has extensive experience in tyre management and asset performance within the mining industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Asset Performance and Tyre Manager at Perenti since November 2019, Joe oversees tyre, rim, and wheel management for surface mining projects, primarily in West Africa, while also developing and implementing financial and asset reporting tools utilizing Power BI. Prior roles include Tyre Principal at Mineral Resources Limited, where Joe handled all aspects of tyre management and supplier negotiations from August 2017 to November 2019, and Operations Manager at KalTire, where Joe emphasized health and safety and team development across Australia. Earlier in Joe's career, a role as Kalgoorlie Branch Manager involved managing a team and fleet systems, and as an Earthmover Tyre Technician at Bridgestone Earthmover Tyres, Joe focused on OTR tyre repairs and field servicing.
