Joel Earnshaw

Joel Earnshaw is a seasoned professional in Information Security and Risk Management with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Manager of Security & Risk at Perenti since September 2020, Joel focuses on establishing an Information Security Practice and developing governance frameworks. Previous roles include Information Security Manager at Kinetic IT, where responsibilities involved cyber incident management and security operations, as well as positions as Senior Security Engineer and Senior Systems Engineer with the Western Australia Police Force and INPEX Oil & Gas, respectively. Joel began the career path at Catholic Education Western Australia as a Systems Integration Engineer and ICT Systems Support Officer, building a solid foundation in IT support and infrastructure management. Joel holds a Bachelor of Information Technology, specializing in Computer Security, from Edith Cowan University.
