Mark Lucas

Mark Lucas is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Financial Controller at Northern Star Resources Limited since November 2022, Mark has also held various senior roles at Perenti since November 2019, including Senior Manager Group Accounting and Financial Accounting Manager. Prior to this, Mark worked at PwC from June 2016 to November 2019 as Assurance Senior Manager, and in earlier positions at PwC Australia as Manager and Senior Accountant from January 2013 to June 2016. Mark's career began at Reads & Co. Chartered Accountants, where roles included Manager from September 2010 to May 2012 and Trainee Accountant from September 2006 to September 2009. Mark holds a Chartered Accountancy Professional Qualification from ICAEW and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cardiff University.
